Although it’s not the 1^st of January 2012 today but it still is the first week of the New Year 2012. Therefore, on behalf of my colleagues here at Hotcourses Nepal and me, we would like to wish you all a very happy New Year 2012. May all your wishes come true and hope you have a successful year ahead.

For all those already in the UK, some of you may be getting ready for your January exams and some of you may be rushing to finish your dissertation or coursework. As for me I am preparing for my exams for the 1^st Semester which starts from the week commencing 16^th of January. To be honest it has been very hard to concentrate after too many celebrations of Christmas, New Year and Lhosar and I am pretty sure that it’s the same for you guys too. Well, we all had our time to party hard so now it’s time to work hard and get those good grades.

I hope that the students who only came to the UK this year and started their studies from September are having a good time too. For some of you it must have been your first time celebrating Christmas and I am sure you must’ve had a great experience. Of course who doesn’t like lights, gifts and festive foods eh? Anyways it’d be great if you could share your experiences with us too. You can do so by sharing your awesome experience on the comment section below.

How about any New Year resolutions? I am sure most of you have some New Year resolutions and I wish you the very best of luck with it. Studying hard and getting good grades must be on everybody’s list as it is on mine. Not to mention getting lean and fit too must be on all of your list after gaining few extra pounds from all the food over Christmas. Anyways, it’s a new year so it’s a new start and a fresh one. Therefore, I suggest you all start this year properly and achieve your targets. A very best of luck to you all in your studies too and once again a very Happy New Year!
