This foundation programs have been registered on CRICOS for delivery in Australia to overseas students, providing an academic preparation for those seeking entry to first year of QUT undergraduate study or its equivalent. Graduates enjoy a very high placement rate in undergraduate courses at QUT. All QUT faculties recognise the program. Students who complete the Foundation Program with the required faculty Grade Point Average (GPA), meet the pre-requisite requirements, and have the required grade in Academic English 2, are guaranteed a place in the first year of the relevant QUT degree program.

Students from India should have obtained CBSE Year XII with at least 50 per cent average grade. Students from other countries should have specific country wise requirements equivalent to Australia. Students must also meet English proficiency requirements with IELTS (International English Language Testing System) score of 6.0 and TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language overall score of 80.0.
