This program provides students with the professional skills and competencies required for building inspection work and surveying related to residential, industrial and commercial buildings. The program will provide a diverse range of experiences in building theory, regulatory laws and practice. This course is supported by the Building Practitioners Board, the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors and the Housing Industry s may also have the opportunity to articulate into Bachelor of Applied Science (Built Environment); and other university degree programs. Students can have career opportunity as a building surveyor; and various managerial positions in building and construction.

Students should have a good record at Year 11 level or overseas equivalent including a pass in Mathematics and preferably some relevant work experience. They must satisfy English language proficiency level of IELTS 5.5, ISLPR 2+, TOEFL 197 (CB) or 46 (iBT), PTE Academic Score of 42 (no communicative skill score less than 42), Cambridge English: Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) of 47 or equivalent.
