This program aims to provide skills and experience consistent with the growing needs of the entertainment industry. It provides training in the organisational and management skills needed for managing rehearsals and performance including: the development and use of the prompt copy, production documentation, score reading, movement and voice instruction, safety in the theatre, communication and people/time management skills and production and company management. A range of technical production skills and techniques as well as an understanding of the staging and performance requirements for drama, dance, music, music theatre and opera will be developed. Graduates can find careers as a Stage Manager, Production Manager, Event Coordinator.

Students should attend interview and the submission of a prescribed project for evaluation. Students should satisfy IELTS overall band score of 6.0 (no individual band less than 6), TOEFL minimum score of 550 including TWE score of 5 (or a Computer based TOEFL score of 213 with an essay rating of 5 or better), TOEFL iBT score of 80 with no score below 20, GCE O Levels grade C or better, WAUFP 50 percent plus pass in ELACS, TEE pass in English or English Literature, International Baccalaureate Diploma minimum Grade 3 at higher level for an English subject and other acceptable qualifications can be obtained from ECU International.

The student villages provide a modern friendly environment in self-catering units for a total of 366 students. All villages are located on-campus and close to all campus facilities. Local shops and sport and recreation facilities are within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport. The Off-Campus Housing Service (OCHS) is a free service open to all students and staff of the University. As a referral and resource service, the OCHS provides access to computers, use of telephones, access to maps, bus routes and information on leases or contracts.
