पाठ्यक्रमबारे सारश
This course provides a coherent program of study in mathematics, statistics and finance, with links to subjects in economics, computing and accounting. Students will gain a solid grounding in the theory and application of mathematical and statistical techniques as used in the finance industry, preparing them to apply these techniques to a range of problems in business and management. During the course, students will also be encouraged to independently gain relevant work experience to enhance their practical skills and future employment opportunities. They may be qualified to work in any area where mathematical models are used in the gathering and analysis of data or, more generally, in positions where quantitative and analytical skills are required. Possible career opportunities include roles in: the financial, banking, superannuation and insurance sectors; the management of large portfolios; pricing and hedging of financial instruments; modelling financial markets; financial management; mergers and acquisitions; and risk and quantitative analysis.

Students must satisfy country specific requirements equivalent to Australia. They must also satisfy any one of the following English language requirements: an IELTS score of 6.5 with a minimum score of 6.0 in each subtest, TOEFL score of 575 with minimum score of 4.5 in TWE, TOEFL (CBT): 232 with minimum score of 4.5 in essay rating, TOEFL (IBT): 89 with writing score of 21 and all subtests score of 18 or they should have Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE): Grade B or Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English: Grade C.
