In this program students gain the qualification both in business and commerce. In the commerce component, they have major in accounting and study financial accounting, business finance, law of business associations, company accounting, management accounting, taxation law and practice, contemporary accounting issues, and auditing and professional practice. A second business major builds advanced skills in other business areas. A capstone course develops understanding in corporate governance and corporate social responsibility. Business majors include: Applied marketing; human resource management; information systems; international business; management; marketing research; tourism, leisure and event management. Career opportunities include depending on the majors chosen, accounting, business management, human resource management, marketing management, international business, tourism and hospitality management, retail or sales, systems analysis. Graduates may become members of CPA Australia; Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia; National Institute of Accountants. Combine studies in business with commerce and accounting to become a skilled business adviser.

Students must have completed Australian Year 12 with good grades and must have prior knowledge in English and Maths. Students must satisfy any one of the following English language requirements: IELTS (Academic) score of at least 6.0, with a minimum of 5.5 in all subtests; a TOEFL score (paper-based test) of at least 550, with essay score of 4; TOEFL score (internet-based test) of at least 76, with a minimum writing score 18 or successful completion of Direct Entry English Pathway, with a minimum grade of 65 percent.
