This course equips students to apply fundamental hospitality business principles; develop, manage and operate diversely located hotels and restaurants; complete studies in service operations and quality management; manage and market clubs, gaming centers and holiday resorts. Students can also combine hospitality with a second Business major. Few other service industries encompass such a dynamic breadth of career paths as hospitality. Just some of their specialty choices include dining; accommodation; travel; conferences and conventions; entertainment and tours.

Students must have completed Australian Year 11 and Year 12 or other country specific requirements equivalent to Australia. They must also satisfy the following English language requirements: IELTS score of 6.0 (no component lower than 5.5) or TOEFL (paper based) score of 550 (plus minimum Test of Written English score of 4.0) or TOEFL (internet based) score of 79 (minimum writing score of 19) or Pearson (PTE Academic) score of 57.
