In this program, students major in human resource management while gaining specific foundation knowledge in business. In the first year, they take courses in economics, management, marketing, research methods, accounting, business law and ethics, and informatics. They then progress to specialised courses, which include introductory human resource management, workplace relations, staffing and remuneration, training and development, employment and industrial law, leadership and team dynamics, management strategy, and management of organisation change. Career opportunities include Human resources management, recruitment, staff development and training, industrial relations, employment relations. Graduates may become members of Australian Human Resources Institute; Australian Institute of Management; Australian Institute of Training and Development.

Students must have completed Australian Year 12 with good grades and must have prior knowledge in English and Maths. Students must satisfy any one of the following English language requirements: IELTS (Academic) score of at least 6.0, with a minimum of 5.5 in all subtests; a TOEFL score (paper-based test) of at least 550, with essay score of 4; TOEFL score (internet-based test) of at least 76, with a minimum writing score 18 or successful completion of Direct Entry English Pathway, with a minimum grade of 65 percent.
