This program prepares students for supervisory and management trainee positions on graduation in the worldwide hotel and resort industry and associated spa and leisure sectors. While business degrees are hospitality focused, they cover a broad range of business subjects that can be applied in many industries; therefore graduates career paths are not just limited to hospitality.

Students must have completed an Australian year 12 senior secondary school certificate or its international equivalent. If 12 years of education has not been completed, applicants with an equivalent Australian year 11 and at least a certificate IV qualification or a partially completed university degree may be considered. They must be at least 18 years of age (or turning 18 before the end of the first practical term) and provide original certified copies of any academic and professional qualifications (including the original language and translated document if applicable). In addition they must have a minimum level of English language competency of IELTS score of 6.0 academic (valid IELTS certificate of not more than two years old must be provided).
