This course focuses on planning, organising and controlling the flow of material and information within and between organisations. The major combines supply chain design, logistics management, distribution channels, supply chain operations and quality management to provide students with the required knowledge and skills to pursue careers within the production and service industry as well as consultancies. Production manager, purchasing manager, planning and scheduling officer, supply chain manager, inventory manager, distribution manager, warehouse manager.

Students must have such minimum overall position (OP) or Tertiary entrance rank as the university may determine for a specified program in a specified year, based on agreed QTAC schedules which assess formal study at year 12 or equivalent level, tertiary, preparatory, professional or vocational qualifications or experience. They should also have an IELTS score of 6.0 (no component lower than 5.5), TOEFL (paper based) - 550 (with minimum test of written English score of 4.5), TOEFL (electronic) - 213 (with essay rating of at least 4.5), TOEFL (internet based) - 80 (with 19 minimum in all bands), PTE - 50 (with no communicative score lower than 50).
