This program will introduce the concepts of accounting, management, statistics, microeconomics, and business law and information systems. They will be well equipped to enter the global, challenging and dynamic industries of accounting, banking and finance. This course prepares graduates for leading-edge positions in the accounting, investment and finance. Just some of the many roles graduates may be eligible for are graduate accountant, account manager, auditor, fund accounting officer and taxation agent, merchant banker, corporate treasurer, investment banker, import and export manager, and financial adviser. Graduates may find employment with large or small companies, private practices, government-owned entities, and banks.

Students should have completed an appropriate Victorian Year 12 or its equivalent, such as an interstate or international Year 12 qualification. Students should have any one of the following requirements: English for Academic Purposes Advanced level certificate at the undergraduate level (EAP 5: UG-65 per cent ); or, Obtaining a minimum IELTS overall band of 6.0 (Academic Module) with no individual band below 6.0; or, a TOEFL (Paper-based) minimum score of 550 (with Test of Written English (TWE) score of 5); or, a TOEFL (Computer-based) minimum score of 213 (with Written Writing score of 5); or, a TOEFL (Internet-based) minimum score of 80 with no band less than 20.
