The Peel Regional Campus is located some 79 kilometres south of the Perth Central Business District within the city of Mandurah. This campus enables Murdoch University to provide educational opportunities for students in the Peel region, and for members of the local community to experience an integrated campus. Murdoch University and TAFE work in close partnership to provide a diverse range of qualifications, from Certificate-level to advanced research degrees across a wide range of subjects. Credit transfer arrangements enable students to transfer between the two education providers. The partnership is also building closer links with community, industry and business within the Peel region.

Murdoch University Village is a friendly residential community, conveniently located right on the University's main campus. Classrooms, lecture theatres, the library and other University facilities are just a five minute walk away. A range of modern, fully furnished one, two and five bedroom apartments will be available, with private bedrooms, large kitchens and spacious lounge areas. Contemporary design, high quality fittings, in-room internet and apartment heating provide functional and vibrant spaces designed specifically for the student lifestyle. The Village's existing apartments are available in one to eight bedroom configurations, with the choice of single, double, deluxe and ensuite rooms. All apartments are fully furnished, equipped with basic cooking utensils and have communal kitchens, lounges and bathrooms. Catering for an active student lifestyle, the Village's facilities include social and study spaces such as a resource centre, meeting rooms, recreation room [with Foxtel and a pool table], beach volleyball and basketball courts, and a brand new swimming pool. Off campus accommodation options also available to students who wish to live by themselves in a furnished one bedroom flat. Students who will be accompanied by their family and wish to live in a two to three bedroom unfurnished apartment should expect to pay upwards of AUD$300 per week. The two most common types of off-campus accommodation available to students are Home stay and shared accommodation. Full board or home stay includes a furnished room, meals, electricity and sometimes, laundry. The charge usually does not include a telephone. Many families offer this kind of accommodation, which can provide a quiet study environment and a home atmosphere. This usually involves sharing with other students (international and Australian), although students may live with whomever they choose. Students will have their own room and access to a kitchen and other household facilities.
