पाठ्यक्रमबारे सारश
This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to apply engineering and scientific principles in mechanical and manufacturing engineering applications. They will be able to analyse, diagnose, design and execute judgements with respect to mechanical and manufacturing solutions. Specialisations include engineering maintenance, CAD, mechanical controls, metallurgy/materials, manufacturing and metrology. On successful completion, students can transfer into the second year of the Bachelor of Engineering at Deakin University (Geelong Campus). It will take them a further three years to complete the degree.

Students should have a good record at Year 11 level including a pass in Mathematics or the overseas equivalent plus relevant work experience. They must satisfy English language proficiency level of IELTS 5.5, ISLPR 2+, TOEFL 197 (CB) or 46 (iBT), PTE Academic Score of 42 (no communicative skill score less than 42), Cambridge English: Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) of 47 or equivalent. A Good record in Physics at Year 11 level is recommended.
