This course provides students with a range of well developed retail travel sales and operational skills, relevant to office environments. They develop their skills in tourism planning and information assistance including destinations, tourist precincts, sites, attractions and forms of transportation. It may lead to further study in the Diploma of Tourism. Graduates may find employment in the retail travel sector including leisure, corporate, domestic and international travel, as a sales consultant, booking agent or information officer.

Students must have completed an Australian Year 12 (or recognized equivalent) or relevant work experience. IELTS 5.5 or higher (or recognized equivalents) is required. Mature Age students are encouraged to apply.
