पाठ्यक्रमबारे सारश
This course is for people who are employed in aged care work or have prior experience in aged care work who want to develop their knowledge and skills in this area. It does not qualify them to provide direct care services to clients. For this, they should complete the Certificate III in Aged Care or the Certificate III in Home and Community Care. When they finish this course they will be able to competently undertake autonomous work and team leadership within aged care residential and centre- based services. A large component of this ‘fast tracked’ course is workplace assessment. It is highly recommended for those who are currently working in a supportive aged care facility to qualify for this course.

Students must have completed Certificate III in Aged Care Work (18167). They must have proficiency in English with academic IELTS score of 5.5 or TOEFL (iBT) score of 46 or Certificate III in Advanced English for Further Study at TAFE NSW or equivalent.
