This course incorporates Certificate III in Business Administration. It is designed to provide the students with an advanced level of administrative skills, with a focus on the development of computer skills using complex technical features. The software packages covered include Word Processing, Desktop Publishing (full time students only), Access, Excel, MYOB and Project Management. Students are required to complete 10 units for the qualification. On successful completion of Certificate IV in Business Administration, students may progress to the Diploma of Business Administration.

Students must have good record at Year 11 or the overseas equivalent or relevant senior employment experiences, and English language proficiency of IELTS 5.5, ISLPR 2+, TOEFL 197 (CB) or 46 (iBT), PTE Academic Score of 42 (no communicative skill score less than 42), Cambridge English: Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) of 47 or equivalent.

Holmesglen remains a leader in vocational and higher education, and one of the largest providers of TAFE in Victoria. Holmesglen delivers over 600 courses to nearly 50,000 students. Holmesglen has been proudly delivering and developing vocational education programs since 1982. With a train stop at its doorstep, located two minutes from the Monash freeway and being on a major bus route on Warrigal Road, the Chadstone campus is accessible to a large population of Melbourne. Among the other reasons for its popularity is the broad range of courses offered at the campus, the modern, attractive and extensive teaching facilities, and its proximity to an abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars and Chadstone shopping centre.
