पाठ्यक्रमबारे सारश
This certificate requires the successful completion of eight units (five core units and three electives). Each unit consists of an off-the-job training workshop and activities to apply the knowledge and skills in the workplace. The course modules include: show leadership in the workplace, implement operational plan, a monitor a safe workplace, promote team effectiveness, coordinate implementation of customer service strategies, implement customer service standards, report on financial activity, coordinate business resources, implement workplace information system, promote innovation in a team environment, make a presentation, maintain business technology, implement continuous improvement, lead and facilitate off-site staff, promote products and services, manage projects, establish networks, analyse and present research information, identify risk and apply risk management processes, establish effective workplace relationships, develop work priorities and write complex documents.
अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विद्यार्थीहरू प्रवेशको लागि आवश्यकता
Students from India and Bangladesh should have completed 10 + 1 minimum 50 per cent average. Pakistan students should have completed basic Education High School Matriculation 45 per cent or higher. Chinese students should have completed Junior Middle School Graduation Certificate. Malaysian and Singaporean students should have undertaken 4 SPM or GCE 'O' Levels 'D' Grade or Higher. Students from USA must have completed High School Diploma or completion of 12th Grade. They must also have the English Language requirements, such as: IELTS score of 5.5 (General Training Version) overall with no individual band lower than 5; TOEFL score of 530 or above; or Medium of instruction at school being English, and satisfactory grades in English in final examinations (such as C grade at O level).
