This program gives students an understanding of: workplace safety, catering control, sweets production and dietary requirements for desserts, bakery and patisserie products, chocolate, communication skills, food law, mathematical solutions, quality control and team management.

They must have proficiency in English with IELTS (academic) overall score of 5.5 (no band below 5.0); or TOEFL iBT (internet based) score of 69-70 with no band less than 16; or TOEFL (paper based) score of 523 (with a min TWE 3.5) or TOEFL CBT (computer based) score of 193 (with a min TWE 3.5); or equivalent.

The William Angliss Institute Counselling Centre offers information and advice to assist students in finding suitable accommodation in Melbourne. There is no accommodation on campus however there are plenty of student accommodation alternatives in close proximity.
