This course is designed for people who are interested in staff recruitment and selection, managing and organizing meetings, industrial relations and occupational health and safety. In addition, it is suitable for people who want to develop practical human resources skills. Upon the completion of this course, graduates will be able to establish a career in Human Resources Management (HRM) or be delegated more responsibilities in HRM. The graduate will be able to develop their skills and knowledge of HRM policies, procedures, systems and legal requirements. In addition, graduates will be able to recruit and select the right people for a sustainable workforce, understand how to manage teams and projects within an organisation, understand industrial relations and how this relates to employee conditions, and implement leadership strategies to improve cohesiveness and performance, identify risk and implement risk management and mitigation strategies.
