This course provides participants with a broad range of managerial skills related to the tourism sector, with a focus on holiday parks and resorts. The qualification develops skills for planning, implementing, and evaluating operations in a wide variety of holiday park and resort contexts. Graduates may find employment in holiday parks and resorts in job roles such as operations manager, operations supervisor, resort manager, assistant resort manager, holiday park manager, assistant holiday park manager, front office manager, front office supervisor, holiday park/resort activities coordinator, and holiday park/resort events coordinator.

Students must have completed an Australian Year 12 (or recognized equivalent) or relevant work experience. IELTS 5.5 or higher (or recognized equivalents) is required. Mature Age students are encouraged to apply.
