This course provides an introduction to key theories and concepts associated with the arts management function, focusing particularly on the areas of management, marketing, finance and law as they relate to the arts industry.

Students must have a relevant undergraduate degree from a recognised university. Applicants are also required to undergo an interview before acceptance. They must submit a folio of work or complete an interview and/or audition. They must satisfy IELTS overall band score of 6.0 (no individual band less than 6), TOEFL minimum score of 550 including TWE score of 5 (or a Computer based TOEFL score of 213 with an essay rating of 5 or better), TOEFL iBT score of 80 with no score below 20, GCE O Levels grade C or better, WAUFP 50 percent plus pass in ELACS, TEE pass in English or English Literature, International Baccalaureate Diploma minimum Grade 3 at higher level for an English subject and other acceptable qualifications can be obtained from ECU International. There are different entry requirement for various countries.

The student villages provide a modern friendly environment in self-catering units for a total of 366 students. All villages are located on-campus and close to all campus facilities. Local shops and sport and recreation facilities are within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport. The Off-Campus Housing Service (OCHS) is a free service open to all students and staff of the University. As a referral and resource service, the OCHS provides access to computers, use of telephones, access to maps, bus routes and information on leases or contracts.
