The minimum entry requirements for this program normally require the satisfactory completion of an undergraduate degree either from the University of Melbourne, another Australian institution, or a university in another country. International applicants must fulfill any one of the following English language requirements: IELTS (academic English only) score of 6.5 (with no band less than 6.0); or TOEFL (paper-based test) score of 577 plus TWE 4.5, TOEFL (computer-based test) score of 233 plus 4.5 essay rating and TOEFL (internet-based test) score of 79 (writing 21, speaking 18, reading and listening 13 each); or Pearson Test of English (academic) score of 58-64 inclusive and no communicative skill below 50.
