पाठ्यक्रमबारे सारश
This program comprises one semester of full-time study or the equivalent of part-time study in one of the following specializations: climate change adaptation; economics and policy; education for sustainability; environmental protection and water resources. It is designed for graduates from a science degree who wish to obtain specialist environmental training in water management. The Masters with Honors and Masters Advanced with Honors programs provide students with the opportunity to develop capacities for independent research by pursuing a research topic under supervision. Students will be equipped with multi-disciplinary skills to provide clean water solutions from the catchment to coast. Graduates have the skills to provide leadership in finding and implementing solutions to local, regional and national water resource issues. Students will gain the knowledge and understanding of the essential facts, concepts and principles relating to water resources. Graduates would find employment across a broad range of sectors including local councils and State Government departments dealing with water resources and planning issues, water resource policy and private consulting companies.

Students should have completed a bachelor’s degree in science or environmental science from a recognized university (or another tertiary education institution of equivalent standing) with applicants normally having achieved a minimum grade point average of 5.0 (using a 7.0 scale) in the bachelor’s degree. International students whose native is not English should have an IELTS score of 6.0 with no sub-score below 5.5 or a TOEFL score of 550.
