This course is designed for existing senior public servants of national, state, provincial and local governments. They provide a practical education experience to enhance existing skills. Public sector employees will be able to transfer skills from one agency/ministry to another. This program is for people already working in senior public sector positions. It serves as a good introduction to study in the field and may lead to the Graduate Diploma or Master’s degree. It is designed for existing senior public servants of national, state, provincial and local governments and provides a practical educational experience to enhance existing skills. The programs give public administrator’s knowledge and skills enhancement in public administration that will allow graduates to transfer skills from one agency/ministry to another. It is a degree that is relevant to all senior public sector employees.

Students must have a bachelor's degree, graduate diploma, graduate certificate or equivalent at an institution approved by the Graduate School of Government and graded at a standard acceptable to the Graduate School of Government; and relevant work experience requirements as determined by the Graduate School of Government; and satisfaction of the English language requirements, where applicable; and any other minimum standards specified by the Graduate School of Government. English language requirements for admission to this course: IELTS: A minimum result of 6.5 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band or TOEFL: A minimum result of 577 overall including a minimum result of 4.5 in Writing or IBT: A minimum result of 90 overall including a minimum result of 22 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 23 in Writing.
