The Master of Arts in e-Learning provides students with the capacity to enhance learning in their diverse workplaces through new technologies, and to discover the possibilities for innovative learning. Students study e-learning models, theories, technologies and design, with electives available in the areas of digital media, graphics, imagery and information. The Master of Arts in e-Learning aims to assist students to develop an understanding of the structures, functions and dynamics of a variety of e-learning systems, both locally and internationally, and become familiar, as learners, designers and teachers, with a range of e-learning environments in different disciplines, designed for different educational purposes and with different underlying values. Master of Arts in e-Learning: graduates work in e-learning roles in community education, corporate, community and education settings, human resource development, knowledge management, learning and development and primary, secondary or tertiary education.

Applicants must have completed a UTS recognised bachelor's degree, or an equivalent or higher qualification, or submitted other evidence of general and professional qualifications that demonstrates potential to pursue graduate studies. Applicants must posses an equivalent qualification of undergraduate degree in any field of study. Students must fulfill the following English language proficiency of academic IELTS score of: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0; or TOEFL: paper based score of: 575 overall with TWE score of 4.5, internet based score of: 90 overall with a writing score of 21; or DEEP Program (Completion of the Insearch Direct Entry English Program at B level); or PTE: 64.
