This double Master program provides students with an advanced understanding of the current practice and technology in engineering management as well as in the specialist technical area of Materials and Nanotechnology. The interdisciplinary specialisation, Materials and Nanotechnology provides students with a knowledge of advanced topics in: materials characterisation, biomaterials, design for plastics and advanced composites, nanomaterials and fabrication, and nanocomposites. This unique program allows students from any engineering discipline to expand their technical expertise as well as develop expertise in areas outside of their current specialisation. This program provides graduates with advanced engineering management skills as well as specialist skills in a technical area of engineering.

Students must normally hold a degree in engineering or science, or an equivalent qualification. Students with relevant work experience who either hold a degree in a discipline such as management or information technology, or hold a lower qualification, will be assessed on a case by case basis. International students must have an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic: Overall 6.5 (with 6.0 in Reading and Writing) obtained within the last two years. Students are required to meet at least one of the English language entry requirements listed. IELTS 6.0, TOEFL PBT 577 with TWE of 4.5, TOEFL iBT 90 with no band less than 20, Cambridge CPE C, Cambridge CAE 58 (no less than Borderline in RW), CELUSA AE4, Pearson PTE Academic Bands below as per the Pearson equivalency table 66 with no communicative score less than 60.
