This program provides for graduates in programs other than computing to gain skills and knowledge in key areas of computing which relate to their needs and the needs of their profession or industry. It aims to produce graduates who are IT managers.

Students must have equivalent of an Australian, two-year, post year 12 qualification or have had a minimum of two years full-time equivalent relevant and appropriate work experience as determined by the Director, USQ Australian Graduate School of Business or have introductory knowledge of computing consistent with that found in the CIS1000 Information System Concepts , and CIS1001 Introduction to Business Programming. Students must have scores of IELTS 6.0 (or better) (no component lower than 5.5), TOEFL (paper based) 550 (or better) (with minimum test of written English score of 4.5), TOEFL (electronic) 213 (or better) (with essay rating of at least 4.5) and TOEFL (internet based) 80 (or better) (with 19 minimum in all bands) or students have high/secondary school or college equivalent or 'A' level, or any post secondary program or successfully completed a foundation studies program offered by an Australian University.
