This course equips students with both the functional skills and the ‘soft’ skills to be a successful international manager. They will study how to manage and lead teams, contemporary principles of management and standards of critical reasoning and problem-solving. They will be a communicator, with the skills to operate effectively in the international business community, with cross-cultural sensitivity and awareness. Study in international business provides them with the necessary knowledge and skills to develop strategies for the management and growth of international business organisations within a global economic framework. They will be exposed to a number of real-world projects that allow them to learn from business leaders in some of the world's fastest growing economies, and the current market situations and practices being used in global business operations.

Students should have relevant undergraduate degree. Students must satisfy any one of the following English proficiency requirements whose first language is not English: IELTS 6.5 no subtest less than 6.0, ELICOS Exam Higher Level Pass 4 (HP4) in EAP exam, TOEFL paper based test result of 550 minimum score of 4.5 in TWE or internet result of 93 and no subtest less than 21, PTE (Academic) score of 64 with no subtest less than 59, CULT score of 70.
