In this course students completing this course will work as organisational psychologists in consultancies, large companies or government departments in areas such as human resources management, training, job design, workplace and career counselling, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety. This program aims to produce scientist practitioners of high calibre who are well grounded in theory and practice, and capable of working within a range of organisational roles and of assuming full independent professional responsibility in organisational settings and of maintaining an enquiring research attitude in day-to-day work. Accreditation: This course is fully accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) and approved by the College of Organisational Psychologists. Students are eligible for registration with the NSW Psychologists Registration Board upon completion of the degree. This course is suitable for the students who are psychology 4th year graduates wanting to gain a further qualification in organisational psychology. Students completing this course will work as organisational psychologists in a wide range of workplaces, primarily consultancies, large companies, and government departments, in areas such as psychological assessment, employee or organisational development, evaluation of programs or human factors, strategic human resources management, and even executive/managerial roles.

Students should have Honours degree in psychology or equivalent from a recognised university as approved by the Australian Psychological Society. Applicants will be subject to competitive selection based on interview, academic excellence, external referees reports and demonstrated professional experience. Quota restricted. They should also have IELTS (Academic English only); Minimum score of 7.0 overall with 7.0 in each section. TOEFL (paper based test); Minimum score of 600 overall with 56 Listening, 56 Reading, 63 Structure/ Written Expression, 5 TWE. TOEFL (internet based test); Minimum score of 100 overall with 24 Listening, 24 Reading, 25 Writing, 24 Speaking.
