पाठ्यक्रमबारे सारश
This course prepares students to practice as accredited professional social workers in a range of fields including health and mental health, corrections, community work, aged care, women’s services, disability, child and family services, migrant and refugee services and international development. Applicants should have a previous Bachelor’s degree and extensive work experience in the human services field. It responds to the key priority learning areas identified by the AASW accreditation process: child protection; cross-cultural practice; standards for practice with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities; and mental health. Graduates are able to take leadership roles in the social work profession, the health and community services sector, and other fields of practice.

Students must have completed a bachelor's degree from the University of Sydney or equivalent qualification; and evidence of the ability to meet the required prerequisite knowledge in relation to human development and of society; and evidence of employment history in human and community services industry is required. English language requirements: IELTS: A minimum result of 6.5 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band or TOEFL: A minimum result of 577 overall including a minimum result of 4.5 in Writing or IBT: A minimum result of 90 overall including a minimum result of 22 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 23 in Writing.
