This program is an advanced general management degree that offers some additional specializations and a work-integrated learning component. This program is designed for early career professionals. The vision of the Griffith International MBA program is to develop forward thinking and responsible leaders that are internationally aware. The following are the learning goals of this program: develop leadership and strategic capabilities in a local and global context; effectively and persuasively communicate in an organizational environment; advance understanding and adoption of ethical practice, social responsibility and sustainability; develop the capacity to manage multi-stakeholder relationships and develop a higher level of knowledge in a specialized area.

Students should have completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University (or another tertiary education institution of equivalent standing) with a minimum Grade Point Average of 4.0 (using a 7.0 scale) or hold a Graduate Certificate in a related discipline with a minimum Grade Point Average of 4.0 (using a 7.0 scale). International students whose native is not English should have an IELTS score of 6.0 with no sub-score below 5.5 or a TOEFL score of 550.
