This course is directed at persons who are interested in focusing their further study on food industry problems in product or process development, as well as practical applications of food science in processing and production systems. The objectives of the course are to provide students with a sound foundation in food science, microbiology, quality and technology; Introduce students to industrial applications of food science and technology and the commercial outcomes and Increase the understanding of the specialised disciplines of food science, emerging technologies and the relevance of this to the future food industry.
अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विद्यार्थीहरू प्रवेशको लागि आवश्यकता
Students should have an undergraduate degree in a cognate discipline with Honours, or equivalent; or an undergraduate degree in a cognate discipline and at least one year's full time, documented, relevant work experience; or a Graduate Diploma in a cognate discipline and at least two years of full time, documented, relevant work experience. Applicants need to have TOEFL Paper based test score of 577 or more including a score of 4.5 in the Test of Written English, Computer based test score of 233 or more including an Essay Rating score of 4.5, Internet based test score of 90 or more with no band score less than 21. Applicants can also have IELTS score of 6.5 or more.
