पाठ्यक्रमबारे सारश
This course provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent as a manager in any hospitality functional areas. This individual would possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and be able to use a range of specialized, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of their team. Work would be undertaken in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, catering operations, motels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops. To achieve a Diploma of Hospitality, 42 units must be completed.

Students must have completed an Australian Year 12 qualification and must be 18 years old and above. International students must have an English language proficiency level of IELTS 5.5 or its equivalent.
