This program provides higher-level business-technical skills training and has been designed to meet the following objectives: serve as a progression course for holders of the SRP-REMMI Certificate in Real Estate Management and Maintenance or equivalent; provide formalised certifiable training to up skill and enhance employability of the REMM workforce; facilitate extension of technical/non-technical skills to multi-task in the REMM industry; serve as a bridging course for those seeking to cross over to the industry.
