This course gives students the creative and technical knowledge and skills they need to become professionals in the product design industry. The emphasis is placed on conceptual investigation, critical thinking and a hands-on approach towards technological skills, manufacturing skills and design management. Graduates can find career opportunities in design consultant; design educationalist; product designer; environmental/spatial designer; furniture designer; lighting designer; glass designer; model maker for commercial studios; toy designer.
अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विद्यार्थीहरू प्रवेशको लागि आवश्यकता
Students from Malaysia should have SPM. Chinese students should have completed senior high school. There are separate entry requirements for each country. They should have a minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ level credits or 5 GCE ‘N’ levels or senior high school equivalent. They should have a minimum TOEFL scores of 550 (paper-based) or 79-80(internet - based) or IELTS score of 6.0 (academic module) or minimum score of C6 in English at GCE 'O' level or TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) with a minimum score of 650.
