In this programme graduates can find positions quickly and they work in sectors such as industry, health care, consumer goods, mass distribution, consulting, auditing and defense. They apply their skills in one of the areas of corporate operations management (production, supply or after-sales service) and take on roles with cross-functional responsibility at a strategic and/or operational level (supply chain management). A key cross-functional part of the management of a company's goods and information flows, logistics has taken on a very important role particularly linked to the economic aspects of meeting demand. The development of "just in time" delivery, efforts to delocalize and reducing response time to meeting demand are a few examples of logistics tasks in the context of corporate strategy. Logistics and supply-chain management are key elements in a company’s competitiveness. On a variety of scales, logisticians and supply chain managers are taking on new decision-making profiles, both in terms of strategy and operations, and they need a global vision and sense of leadership to succeed. Their jobs are no longer limited to reducing costs but have now expanded to encompass value creation and innovation in an ever-widening field of operations.

Applicants must hold degrees equivalent to a master's degree and these may be degrees in engineering, degrees from business schools, degrees in medicine, pharmacy, veterinary science, law, architecture, etc., or a bachelor's degree with three years of professional experience. Other applicants (bachelor's degree) with unusual backgrounds or quality career paths will also be examined as special cases (acceptance not to exceed 30 per cent of total student body). Applicants to be considered for admission must demonstrate their proficiency in English with a TOEFL or TOEIC or IELTS score results; management aptitude test GMAT or TAGE-MAGE. They are required to present a score of English applicants native English speakers or who have pursued three years of graduate studies in English, or who have lived or worked three years in an English speaking country.
