This programme is entirely delivered at the NAFA Department of Theatre, Singapore by a dedicated ensemble of local and international maestros. It is validated and awarded by the University of Essex, UK with its East-15 Acting School - partner institution and the top drama school in the UK. This top-up degree programme represents an intensive production year for students of Acting and Production majors, bridging them directly to the industry.

Applicants must have a satisfactory completion of an entrance audition in the language of study (for Acting Major); or entrance test (for Production Major); or satisfactory completion of an interview by selection panel with: NAFA Diploma in Theatre/Diploma in Theatre Production Design, or its equivalent; or Grade B and above in final year core module of Performance and Theatre Skills (Graduation Showcase). Applicants should also demonstrate their English language proficiency with an IELTS Band 5 or higher (for Theatre Arts - English drama); or IELTS Band 4 or higher (for Theatre Arts - Mandarin drama).
