This programme equips students with the practical skills needed to become effective managers of teams and individuals. It enables students to acquire an in-depth understanding of a wide range of business concepts and prepares them for work in a number of general management roles. There is a particular emphasis on developing the ability to manage people, so that by the end of the programme students should be able to handle confidently many of the complex interpersonal interactions which take place between members of teams, clients and customers. The abilities to drive business success and manage people effectively are essential qualifications for becoming a successful manager. Students upon completion of this programme will be eligible for entry into the Master of Business Administration / Master of Arts programme offered by the University of Greenwich (UK).

Applicants must be 18 years of age and should have completed ERCI Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or; Advanced Diploma in business from a recognized institute of higher learning; or Business Diploma from a local polytechnic. They should also demonstrate their proficiency in English language with a proficiency in English language with a minimum C6 in English at GCE 'O' Levels or; IELTS 6.0 or equivalent, or; TOEFL 547 (Paper based) or equivalent, or TOEFL 78 (Internet based) or equivalent, or TOEIC score of 605-780.above. Mature applicants may also apply for the programme provided they are 21 years and above at the time of registration; have at least two years of verifiable working experience; provide a detailed resume with contact details of past and present employers; and pass the ERCI Aptitude Test.
