This programme enables students to study a broad business degree with a specialisation in resource management from the second year. The course is designed for future human resource specialists who wish to learn about how to manage an ever-changing and challenging HR environment. Applicants must be 17 years or older and have completed related Business Administration Advanced Diploma from Auston Institute of Management, or polytechnic related Business Diploma, or related Business Diploma and Advanced Diploma from recognised institutions; professional Certificate from recognized institutions. Mature candidates (>25 yrs) and exceptions to the above will be considered on an individual basis. Applicants whose first language is not English must have IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent.
