This degree provides students with a thorough knowledge of environmental science and management principles and practices. As a graduate of Bachelor of Business and Environmental Science students can choose to work within a range of public, private and non-profit industries. They can also work in the areas of agriculture, aquaculture, forestry and fisheries. The future is clear; all companies will require key staff that can facilitate growth of businesses in times of strong social and governmental demands for good environmental practices.

The Core subjects in business are as follows: Accounting for Decision Making; Economics for Business; Financial Management; Entrepreneurship; Business Research Methods; Economic Growth and Regional Development; Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies; Management, People and Organisations; Personal and Professional Skills in Business; International Business; Leadership and Strategic thinking; Managing Small and Medium Enterprises; Core subjects in science: Environmental Processes and Global Changes; Chemistry: A Central Science; Statistics and Data Analysis; Tourism and the Environment; Introduction to Geographic Information Systems; Introduction to Environmental Science; The Diversity of Animal Life; Marine Ecology and Environmental Assessment; Plus 5 elective subjects from the Sciences.

अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विद्यार्थीहरू प्रवेशको लागि आवश्यकता

Applicants should have completed 12 years of schooling or equivalent with chemistry and maths being compulsory subjects. Those who have not completed these subjects may be considered for admission on an individual case by case basis. Successful completion of James Cook University Singapore foundation program will also satisfy the entrance requirement. There are different entry requirements from country to country. They must have IELTS 6.0 (no component lower than 5.5)/ TOFEL 550 (with a minimum written English text score of 4.0) and above; or satisfactory completion of the James Cook University English Language Preparatory Program (ELPP). Students who have successfully completed two years of full-time study in English medium may satisfy the English language requirement.
