This programme is created to develop the students as HR professionals equipped with the key competencies for the effective management of human capital. The programme curriculum adopts internationally recognised and certified HR tools to develop students' solid grounding in HR areas. Students can also expect to develop interpersonal skills for networking and managing in a culturally diverse work environment.

Modules include AA101 Accounting I, AA102 Accounting II, AB102 Financial Management, AB103 Statistical and Quantitative Methods, AB105 Organisational Behaviour and Design, AB107 Business Law, AB112 Marketing, AB113 Information Technology, AB213 Research Methods or BH225 HR Research (applicable to the Human Resource Consulting specialiation only), AB311 Strategic Management, HW001 English Proficiency, BH223 Compensation and Benefits, BH226 Strategic HR and Consulting, BH227 Selection and Assessment, BH325 Learning and Performance Development, BH326 HR Metrics, BH324 Employment Law, BH331 Cultural Intelligence at Work.

अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विद्यार्थीहरू प्रवेशको लागि आवश्यकता

Students must have completed at least 12 years of general education or will be taking Year 12 national examinations in the year of application, in order to be considered for admission. They shoukld have Additional Mathematics at Junior High School Level/Mathematics at IB Standard Level. Submission of IELTS, TOEFL and SAT1 scores are optional except for students with PRC Gao Kao qualification (i.e. students who will be taking Gao Kao in June 2010 and those who have already taken Gao Kao). Scores should be obtained three years prior to the application deadline.
