This course consists of 15 units. Students have the option to enrol in either single or double majors. It is professionally recognised by Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) (associate membership), Australian Institute of Banking and Finance. Graduates will be allowed to use the title BCom (Murdoch) after their names.

Finance covers BUS206 Finance Law; BUS224 Corporate Finance; BUS244 Treasury Management; BUS311 Investment Analysis; BUS322 International Finance; BUS325 Derivative Securities.

Applicants must have completed polytechnic Diploma; private Diploma/Advanced Diploma; CAT/ACCA. Additionally applicants admitted to the Bachelor of Commerce course may be required to undertake additional units in order to fulfil the required credit points. The final decision rests with Murdoch University; applicants are required to meet Murdoch University English language requirement.
