This programme provides the skills and knowledge for using IT to solve business problems. Students will learn business skills, develop an understanding of management and finance, and appreciate the need for strategic thinking. Their IT knowledge will include website design, database implementation, information systems development and inter net technology. Integrated study focuses on key topics such as customer relationship management, knowledge management, business process re-engineering and the use of decision support systems. They may explore IT applications in marketing, accounting and finance, personnel management or inter national business. Information Technology plays a crucial role in all aspects of modern business. Students will develop an understanding of modern technology used in business, as well as learn about management information systems.

Applicants must be 17 years or older and have completed related Business Administration Advanced Diploma from Auston Institute of Management, or polytechnic related Business Diploma, or related Business Diploma and Advanced Diploma from recognised institutions; professional Certificate from recognized institutions. Mature candidates (>25 yrs) and exceptions to the above will be considered on an individual basis. Applicants whose first language is not English must have IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent.
