The course has been designed to provide an opportunity for young school leavers who do not have an 'O' level or 10 years of basic education. It prepares the students in an early level of tertiary education before progressing into the Foundation in Business Studies programme. The course has modules that would equip individuals with knowledge for the next level. The course covers a combination of Computing and business subjects that would provide a general perspective before progressing into the Foundation in Business Studies. Students will gain knowledge on the fundamentals of computing, accounting and business and be able to progress into the Foundation in Business Studies. On successful completion graduates can progress to the Foundation in Business Studies or can seek employment in trainee administrative functions.

The core modules covered are Business Fundamentals, Basic Mathematics, Information Technology Fundamentals, Creative Web Page Design and MS Office and Specialisation choices (Choose one (1)): Programming Concepts, Business Accounting.

Applicants must be minimum 16 years old and should have attained GCE 'N' Level or equivalent. They are also expected to have intermediate level 2 of Professional Certificate of English awarded by FTMSGlobal Academy or equivalent or IELTS score of 5.0/TOEFL (paper-based) > 500 or TOEFL (computer-based) > 173; any other equivalent English qualifications.
