This program provides business-technical skills training interweaved with social skills training. It has been designed to meet the following objectives: provide formalised certifiable training to up skill and enhance employability of the REMM workforce; facilitate extension of technical/non-technical skills to multi-task in the REMM industry; serve as an entry level/bridging course for those seeking to enter/cross over to the industry.

The modules are Introduction to the RE Mgt and Maintenance Industry; Building Technology and Services (Basic); Communication and Business Ethics; Mgt Principles Applied to RE Mgt and Maintenance; IT in the RE Mgt and Maintenance Industry (Basic); Foundation of Real Estate Law.

अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विद्यार्थीहरू प्रवेशको लागि आवश्यकता

Applicants should have 'O'/'N' Levels (credits in English and mathematics) or WDA ESS WPLN Level 5/6 and at least one of the following qualifications SRP-REMMI Foundation Certificate in Real Estate Management and Maintenance; ITE/CITI/PSB/SIM Certificate or other approved equivalent in a related field . Applicants not meeting the above qualifications may be required to take bridging course and those with approved higher-level qualifications working in the industry or associated industries may be exempted in the relevant modules.
