पाठ्यक्रमबारे सारश
This programme provides participants with a firm foundation in core business topics and provides insights into the behaviour of individuals and groups that operate within the business environment. Students will be able to apply psychology to the business environment, leading to enhanced organizational effectiveness. It will enable students to attain the thinking skills, creative ability and technical knowledge needed to become professionals in their chosen field, taking into account the context of their work and the ever changing global environment. Students will learn to be flexible and sensitive to the dynamic changes in business trends and the needs of their industry. Focus is placed on the student’s development of their own individual business leadership development. It recognises and emphasises the value of the business process from concept through to realisation of practical business solutions and presentation.

The modules are as follows: ERCBA 102 Principles of Management, ERCBA 104 Human Resource Management, ERCBA 105 Principles of Accounting, ERCBA 108 Principles of Marketing, ERBP 101 Foundation of Psychology, ERCBP 102 Social Psychology, ERCBP 103 Negotiation with Psychology, ERCBP 104 Cultural Psychology.
अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विद्यार्थीहरू प्रवेशको लागि आवश्यकता
Applicants must be 17 years of age and must have completed minimum of Year 12 Studies or equivalent; minimum 3 GCE 'O' Level credits or regional equivalent; or ERCI Foundation Certificate in Business Administration / NITEC Qualification. They should also demonstrate their proficiency in English language with a minimum score of C6 in English Language at GCE 'O' Levels; or IELTS 5.5 or equivalent; or TOEFL 513 (Paper based) or equivalent; or TOEFL 65 (Internet based) or equivalent; or TOEIC score of 605-780. Mature applicants may also apply for the programme provided they are 18 years and above at the time of registration; have at least two years of verifiable working experience; provide a detailed resume with contact details of past and present employers; pass the ERCI Aptitude Test; and pass an interview conducted by one of ERCI's Senior Academics.
