पाठ्यक्रमबारे सारश
This programme is designed for qualified individuals who aspire to begin a career in the IT industry; and for individuals who aspire to pursue an undergraduate degree in the field of IT, digital media, computer security and networks.
कार्यक्रमका खाकाहरू
The curriculum include Mathematics for Computing, PC for Troubleshooting, Web Development Technology, Principles of Information Technology, Fundamentals of Software Development, Introduction to Networks, Database Management, Business Management.
अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विद्यार्थीहरू प्रवेशको लागि आवश्यकता
Applicants must possess one of the following entry requirements: 5 GCE 'N' Level; 3 GCE 'O' Level or Professional Certificate in Information Technology awarded by MDIS or other equivalent qualifications from recognised institutions can be considered on a case by case basis or mature candidates with minimum three years of relevant working experience can be considered on a case-by-case basis or NITEC (IT Related). Applicants who are unable to meet the minimum admission requirements may enrol for the Diploma in Information Technology incorporating Professional Certificate in Information Technology. Other equivalent qualification may be considered on a case by case basis. All applicants must possess minimum C6 pass in English Language at GCE 'N' / GCE 'O' Level. Applicants who do not meet the English requirements are required to achieve a minimum of band 6.0 in the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) conducted by the British Council or score a minimum of 213 points (Computer based) or 550 points (Paper-based) in the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) conducted by the United States Education and Information Centre. Applicants must possess a C6 pass in Mathematics at GCE 'O' Level. Those who do not meet this requirement have to sit for a Mathematics Entrance Test. Applicants who fail the test will be required to take a Mathematics Bridging Course.
