In this programme students who have successfully completed all course work and passed all prescribed examinations and assignments as set by Harriet Business School will be awarded the Diploma. Generic in nature such that insurance agents, financial planners and wealth managers in the Islamic financial system can participate to obtain a well rounded qualification for the Islamic financial system.

The course outline includes: Islamic Jurisprudence; Islamic Commercial Contracts; Islamic Banking and Financial System; Conventional vs Islamic Banking System; Islamic Banking Operations; Product structuring in Banking, Insurance and Investment; The Islamic Financial Market: Capital Market, Money Market and Islamic Bonds.

Students should have completed GCE 'N' level or equivalent qualification or graduates of Certificate in Islamic Banking and Finance. Mature student aged 21 and above, subject to final approval of admission by Harriet Academic Board.
