This program aims to train, coach and impart competent skills and techniques to students for careers in the retail industry. Careers in hospitality revolve greatly on fulfilling and even exceeding guest requirements and expectations. It is challenging, rewarding and at times even glamorous as students get to meet important and celebrity guests. It is also down-to-earth as they meet all kinds of guests and get involved in upfront service.

Applicants must be 16 years of age and must have completed high school. They should also provide proficiency in English language with a IELTS score of 4.5 or pass in English level 4 from AEC/Brighton school or equivalent.
