This programme is designed for those seeking a career in accounting, banking and finance. The programme is also appropriate for prospective executives who would like to acquire knowledge of book-keeping to record a company’s financial performance, accounting transactions and also those who are keen to advance their accounting career. At the end of this programme, students will have an understanding of accounting information derived from all sources in the company; sound theoretical knowledge of using relevant costs for decision making; an understanding of the basic principles involved in cost behaviour and profit control; the ability to use, appreciate and analytically interpret accounting statements and data.

The modules include B1009 Introduction to Financial Accounting, B0010 Accounting, B0011 Cost Accounting, B0012 Management Accounting 1, B2012 Product and Marginal Costing, W1006 Economics, W1007 Management 1, W2001 Principles in Business Law.
अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विद्यार्थीहरू प्रवेशको लागि आवश्यकता
Students must have attained minimum 16 years of age with two GCE 'A' levels with English or Foundation Certificate for Higher Education (FCHE). They must have obtained minimum five 'N' Levels or three GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent with pass in English, or Informatics Foundation Certificate in Higher Education, or LCCI Diploma in Accounting or the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA) Level 1 partially completed, or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Level 1 partially completed, or Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 2, or Certified Accounting Technicians (CAT) Level B, or Other equivalent qualifications deemed acceptable by Informatics Academy. Alternative entry for (mature age): Students should have obtained minimum two years of working experience and over 21 years in age having completion of secondary education with pass in English. They must fulfill the following English language requirements: IELTS - minimum score of 6.0 or TOEFL - Paper-based test of a minimum 550 or Informatics Proficiency in English Program.
